Whether you've realized it or not, gutters are your true hero for protecting against a potential water damage to your home. They collect the water sliding down your roof and divert it away from the structure and your landscaping. However, if you are not maintaining them and keeping them in proper working condition, there could be a potential water damage disaster waiting to happen. 

What Should You Should Pay Attention To:

• Older Gutters - old gutters are more likely to be damaged or contain open seams. make sure you pay close attention and make the necessary repairs when needed.
• Build Up of Debris - this can lead to pools of water forming on your roof an eventually leaking into your ceiling and into your home. Use a leaf blower or pressure washer to clean them out quarterly
• Storm Damage - cracks or breaks can occur after a rain, wind or hail storm. It's important to inspect them and fill any holes with gutter caulk.
