Medical Office Water Damage

This medical office experienced a water damage from a hot water heater leaking causing damage to about 400 square feet of carpet and walls. The office, patient rooms and hallway were soaked with water and they immediately called SERVPRO of Richmond to the scene. The emergency service crew arrived and began to extract the water and pulled the cove bases that were affected. Our highly trained crews also used moisture readers to find the wet areas that weren't visible to the eye. They then were able to set up the necessary equipment to dry out the areas and prepare the walls for reconstruction.
