"I started working at SERVPRO of Richmond and SERVPRO of Henrico when I was 19 years old in March of 2013. Starting as the back-up receptionist, I have also been trained in Dispatch as well as a Job File Coordinator, and now my current position of a Lead Job File Coordinator. I have learned how to multitask efficiently, how to be flexible when dealing with different circumstances, and how to assist newer JFCs with tasks.

I enjoy working with multiple project managers and assisting our customers with getting their homes or businesses back to “Like it never even happened.” The work environment at SERVPRO is very family-oriented.
